2. OUR 30-DAY VOLUNTARY GUARANTEE
Beyond your legal rights, we offer an extended return window. You have a total of 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the goods are returned in a damaged state or have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be processed.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND ISSUES (UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the defect and the packaging.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized/Custom Goods: Items made to your specific requirements.
  • Perishable Items: Food, flowers, or plants.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items: Earrings, beauty products, or intimate apparel (if the seal is broken).
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift Cards and Sale Items: All sales of gift cards and "Clearance" items are final.

8. REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers can take an additional 5-10 business days to post the transaction to your account.

9. EXCHANGES
To receive a different item as quickly as possible, please return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the replacement item.
