Beyond your legal rights, we offer an extended return window. You have a total of 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damages, Defects & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
